Ohio Sovereign Citizen Traffic Stop - Entitled Woman Driving With Fake Plates [POLICE BODY CAM]

BEREA, OHIO - An Elyria woman, 38, was stopped by police on March 3 for driving with fake license plates displaying the word "PRIVATE" on them. During the traffic stop the woman identified as a private , "Moorish Sovereign Citizen" and that police had no jurisdiction to stop & detain her. She advised the officer that he is under a "fee schedule". Sovereigns have been known to mention their "fee schedule" to officers during traffic stops, and will advise them that these self-created astronomical rates will be billed to them, all depending on the length of the stop. The chief of police arrived to the scene to assist and attempted to educate the woman of Ohio state laws. She was issued a citation for fictitious plates & was released. Police had difficulty identifying the driver, as she went by another name "Assata El Star Bey" & refused to provide her real information. The officer eventually identified the suspect as "Dominique Camel" discovered that she had a suspended license & she was cited for that as well.

In the second video (link below), the officer spotted the same woman driving on September 2, and she was arrested for an active warrant & other traffic violations in front of a post office. An interesting note is that she has a "CareSource" card, this is Ohio medicaid (government assisted health insurance paid for by Ohio taxes). Marijuana was also located in the vehicle, but was determined to be legal, as she had a government issued Medical Marijuana card. She was transported to jail & the vehicle was towed from the scene. She was charged with resisting arrest & several additional violations, including the active warrant in Berea.

She was also involved in a murder trail with her baby-daddy and was accused of tampering with evidence to protect him and aiding him. He shot and killed a man in his own driveway during an armed robbery and was convicted. Dominique got off scott free after admitting to lying.
