Part 1 Ready to Correct your Status? Get Organized!

Ready to correct your status? Here's a list of items that I find useful to have on hand to make the process go more smoothly for you.
- Computer, printer (ink and paper)
- Folders, paperclips, post-it notes
- Envelopes (letter and document size)
- Stamps
- Blue and red pens
- Red ink pad

*Very important*
Go to your post office and pick up all 3 parts for Registered Mail! They will probably tell you that you must mean certified mail, but no, you mean REGISTERED. There's a green return receipt, a carbon copy receipt, and a red label with a barcode. Each item you send registered needs all 3 items. Get enough for about 5 letters/person before you get started. It's good to have these on hand from now on.
