In this Part 4 of “Hisotry or Myth”, we will be discussing the Phelps brothers of Oquawka, Illinois.
We know that the pictures of white washed Lincoln are not of him.
So who is the guy in the pictures?
Well as crazy as it sounds Steven Sumner Phelps is most likely the popular image of Abraham Lincoln.
Myron Phelps one of the other brothers looks like Jefferson Davis and younger Lincoln.
And William Phelps another brother looks like Lincoln's wife Mary Todd.
Are these the decoys?
Did you now people could "photoshop" in the 1800's and early 1900's?
