RULES TO THE GAME- USING THE PUBLIC DEFENDER

One of the Rule to the Game is to STAY IN HONOR AT ALL COST. This goes with the Public Defender as well. You have to allow him an opportunity to honor your request. Once he dishonors your request then and only then is it ok to fire him. Give him a Letter of Rogatory (Instruction Letter). Public Defenders are your mouth piece in the public. Most don't do anything because you don't give them any instructions. Assigning a Public Defender is a HONOR the court bestows on you. Change your thinking.
