The number seven is regarded as sacred, as it is mentioned in the Bible, where Joshua and Israel marched seven times around Jericho, accompanied by seven priests blowing seven trumpets, before the walls collapsed.

When we learn about chakras, we can experience the same movement within ourselves. The most common system is the seven basic chakras, each with its unique function such as survival, sex, willpower, and love. However, other systems, like the 13 chakra system, also exist. Each chakra is associated with a Sanskrit name and influences specific practical aspects of our life.

Chakras are non-physical, energetic openings on our body that impact our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
