YUSEF EL -ADMIRALTY JURISDICTION

The courts are operating under a colorable Admiralty Jurisdiction but they do not call it that. They refer to it as STATUTORY Jurisdiction which is not mentioned in any state or federal constitution. Admiralty is not about the local but about the subject matter which is commerce. ALL crimes are commercial 27 CFR 72.11.
